Recipe - Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette

I like to use ratios, so that's what I've written down here.

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Mix well and serve. Makes just over a cup.
