Journal - Day 30 of January 2018 Whole 30
Breakfast: Leftover root vegetables, 2 hard boiled eggs, guacamole.
Lunch: Chili, romaine and spinach, a few olives, lemon juice, banana.
Dinner: Skipped dinner because I was tired when I got home.
NSV: I didn't feel so tired while at work today.
Energy: 8
Sleep Quality: 7
Cravings: 6
I felt a little cravings when I went to the office, there are just so many snacks! I resisted though, and enjoyed my breakfast. Lunch was nice, the olives were a great addition to my chili. I wasn't hungry when I got home, so I decided to skip dinner and go to sleep early.
