Recipe - Meatballs, marinara sauce, balsamic dressing - Whole30
I'm finding these recipes simply by Googling "Whole30 whatever" where whatever is what I want to make. I am mainly looking for recipes that can be dressed up with different sauces, so if these seem plain to you, that's why! :)
My salt of choice is pink Himalayan, but I still use Morton's kosher salt. The pink salt is less salty (try it, you'll understand what I mean), that's why I like using it as a sprinkle.

I didn't have almond flour so I substituted 2 tablespoons of coconut flour. I didn't have coconut aminos so I added more salt.
Marinara sauce - large can of diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer (barely bubbling), for a good 30-45 minutes. Blend with a stick blender until smooth.
Balsamic vinaigrette - https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/balsamic-vinaigrette-234241
This is delicious and flavorful. Be sure to check the ingredients of your dijon mustard before adding it in.
