Journal - Day 9 of January 2018 Whole30
Well, today was a barrel of fun! Thanks to the State of Hawaii for letting us know there was a pretend ballistic missile inbound. I'm grateful it was a false alarm, but I really wish it hadn't happened. I was terrified, but had to keep it together for my employees.
Breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs, guacamole, leftover butternut squash.
Lunch was two chicken drumsticks, spinach with balsamic dressing, carrots and olives, with an unsweetened iced tea.
Dinner was pork with a romaine salad and balsamic dressing.
What went well today: Resisted having the sake in my fridge as a reward for surviving the day.
What could have gone better: I could have had less caffeine.
What I'll do tomorrow: Not eat any of the snacks I'm baking for others!
NSV: I didn't give into the wine dragon, and the cookie dragon, and the chocolate dragon.
