Journal - Day 0 of January 2018 Whole30
The real day zero! I am excited and nervous to start!
I filled out my NSV last night and wrote down my coping steps when my dragons come complaining.
I will:
Take a walk outside (sunshine!)
And additional goals (I probably should put these into one post for easy reference for me...)
1. I want to follow the Whole30 rules 100%. This is not hard. I am prepared.
2. I want to limit my snacking. If I am truly hungry between meals, I can have celery and almond /cashew butter.
3. I want to reset my eating habits and improve my relationship with food.
I am printing out this calendar and putting it up so I can see it daily:

I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready! A couple of things are not Whole30 in this picture, but they will be going to my friend on Saturday.

Drink a lot of water, maybe add some lemon
Do some housework
Take a nap
